A fundamental coaching model ingrained in my early training was the "Be, Do, Have" model. In order to reach our goals, we must first embody the qualities we strive for. This concept of "Being" is exemplified in the portrait of a woman envisioning her noble and kind nature. As I painted, I couldn't help but contemplate on the true worth of simply being oneself.
